OmenBot ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our Service. Because OmenBot is a non-custodial, blockchain-based application, we collect significantly less personal data than traditional financial services.
When you connect your cryptocurrency wallet, your public wallet address is associated with your session. This is a public blockchain identifier — it is not personally identifiable information by itself. We use your wallet address to identify your account, display your trading history, and execute bot transactions on your behalf.
We automatically collect certain usage information when you interact with the Service, including: pages visited, features used, bot configuration settings, trade history (fetched from the blockchain), timestamps, and approximate geographic region (country level only, derived from IP address). We do not log full IP addresses persistently.
Your bot settings — strategy type, risk level, market categories, daily budget — are stored to enable the bot to function across sessions. This data is linked to your wallet address, not to any personally identifiable information.
We use the information we collect to:
All trades executed by OmenBot are recorded on the Polygon blockchain and are publicly visible. Because blockchain transactions are immutable and public, we have no ability to delete or modify this on-chain data. Your wallet address and all transactions associated with it are permanently accessible on the public ledger.
We use minimal, strictly necessary cookies to maintain your session and store your wallet connection state. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or third-party analytics services that share your data with advertisers. You can disable cookies in your browser, though this may affect the functionality of the Service.
The Service integrates with third-party protocols and services including Polymarket, WalletConnect, and Polygon network infrastructure. These services operate under their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with through OmenBot.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:
We retain your bot configuration and usage data for as long as your account is active, plus up to 12 months after your last interaction with the Service. On-chain transaction data cannot be deleted due to the immutable nature of the blockchain.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@omenbot.net.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including TLS encryption for data in transit, secure server infrastructure, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
If you have questions or concerns about this Privacy Policy or our data practices, please contact us at privacy@omenbot.net.
