By accessing or using OmenBot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
OmenBot provides an automated trading bot interface for the Polymarket prediction market platform. The Service allows users to connect their cryptocurrency wallets and configure automated trading strategies. OmenBot is a non-custodial service — we do not hold or control your funds at any time.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in prediction markets and cryptocurrency trading in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using OmenBot, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. Users from jurisdictions where prediction markets or cryptocurrency trading is prohibited are not permitted to use the Service.
OmenBot is an automated trading tool and does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All trading decisions made by the bot are based on algorithmic strategies, and past performance is not indicative of future results. You acknowledge that trading on prediction markets involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all users. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting losses.
Trading on prediction markets carries significant financial risk. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Factors including but not limited to market volatility, smart contract bugs, network congestion, and bot errors can result in losses. You agree to use the Service at your own risk and acknowledge that OmenBot is not liable for any trading losses.
To use the Service, you must connect a compatible cryptocurrency wallet (e.g. MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet). You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet, private keys, and seed phrases. OmenBot never has access to your private keys. You agree to immediately notify us if you suspect any unauthorized access to your wallet or account.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OmenBot and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed $100 USD.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to software, algorithms, text, graphics, and logos — are owned by OmenBot and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability and disclaimers) will remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
